Logging In to ThreoAI

Overview

ThreoAI is accessed at https://threo.synthreo.ai. Access is provided by your organization — you will receive an invitation email to set up your account before your first login.

First-Time Login

Step 1: Check Your Email

Look for an invitation email from noreply@synthreo.ai with the subject [Synthreo] Access granted. The email contains your account email address and a Complete Account Setup button. Click it to begin activation. The link expires in 7 days.

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Contact your organization’s ThreoAI administrator if you haven’t received an invitation.

Step 2: Set Your Password

The invitation link takes you to the Synthreo account setup page. Enter and confirm a password that meets the requirements shown on screen.

Step 3: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)

After setting your password you will be prompted to configure two-factor authentication. See Setting Up MFA for the full walkthrough.

Step 4: Log In

Once your account is active, go to https://threo.synthreo.ai and sign in with your email and password.

Returning Logins

1. Navigate to https://threo.synthreo.ai

2. Enter your email address and password

3. If MFA is enabled, a Confirmation code field appears — check your email or authenticator app and enter the code

   

4. You are taken directly to the ThreoAI home screen

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen and follow the steps to reset it. See Reset Your Password for the full walkthrough.
