Tenant Management Overview
Synthreo Tenant Management overview - manage multi-tenant customer instances, user accounts, AI models, and application permissions across ThreoAI, Builder, and the Admin console.
Tenant Management is the administrative portal for the Synthreo platform. It is where you manage customers, users, permissions, and AI model configuration across ThreoAI, Builder, and the Admin console itself.
Access the portal: https://admin.synthreo.ai
Your login credentials are the same as your ThreoAI credentials, provided you have the Tenant Management app permission.
What You Can Do

| Customer Management | Create and manage child customer tenants, configure hierarchy permissions, impersonate users for support |
| User Management | Add users, assign application permissions (ThreoAI, Builder, Tenant Management), resend welcome emails |
| AI Model Configuration | Set up LLM models (vendor, deployment, temperature, tokens), define system prompts that apply across all Custom GPTs |
| Roles & Permissions | Control what each user can access through hierarchical role assignments |
Portal Navigation
Section titled “Portal Navigation”After logging in, use the left sidebar to navigate between sections:
- User Management - manage users in your parent tenant
- Customers - create and manage child customer tenants
- Models & API Keys - configure AI models and system prompts
Use Profile (top-right) to access account settings and submit feedback.
Reporting Bugs
Section titled “Reporting Bugs”To report a bug or send feedback while using the admin console, use Profile (top-right) → Submit Feedback. Step-by-step instructions are in Report a bug or send feedback.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Issue | Cause | Fix |

| Cannot log in to Tenant Management | Account does not have the Tenant Management app permission | Contact your Synthreo administrator to have the Tenant Management permission assigned to your account |
| Left sidebar sections not visible | Insufficient role assignment | Verify your role is Owner or Admin in Tenant Management |
| Changes made to a user not reflected immediately | Browser cache | Reload the page after saving changes |
What is the difference between Tenant Management and ThreoAI? ThreoAI is the AI chat interface that end users interact with daily. Tenant Management is the administrative back-end where administrators configure who can access ThreoAI, what models are available, and how child customer tenants are structured.
Can multiple administrators manage the same tenant simultaneously? Yes. Any user with the Owner or Admin role in Tenant Management can log in and make changes. There is no exclusive lock on tenant settings.
What happens if I remove the Tenant Management permission from my own account? You will lose access to the Tenant Management portal immediately. Another administrator with Owner or Admin access must re-grant the permission. Contact Synthreo Support at help@synthreo.ai if no other administrator is available.
