Your Canopy Profile
Your personal Canopy profile: view your account details, see your role across customers, and change your password.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Your Profile holds your own account details in Canopy, separate from organization-level Settings. Open it from the account menu in the top-right corner.
Personal Information
Section titled “Personal Information”The Personal Information section shows your account details - name, email, customer, and role. These are read-only here; an administrator manages them from User Management.
Customer Options
Section titled “Customer Options”The Customer Options table lists the customers you have access to, with your display name, role, and whether you are an owner for each. Use it to confirm where and how you are set up across the hierarchy.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”The Preferences section is where you change your own password, through the Change Password dialog.
