Report a bug or send feedback

Submit bugs and product feedback for ThreoAI, Builder, and Tenant Management using the in-app Send Feedback form — same steps and form in every Synthreo web app.

Use the Send Feedback flow in any Synthreo web app to report bugs, unexpected behavior, or product feedback. The steps are the same whether you are in ThreoAI, Builder, or Tenant Management (admin console).

  1. Sign in to the product where the issue happened (for example ThreoAI at threo.synthreo.ai, Builder, or Tenant Management).
  2. In the top-right of the header, click your profile (avatar) icon.
  3. In the menu, select Submit Feedback.

A Send Feedback panel opens (usually on the side of the screen). Fill it out as follows:

NameYour name (often pre-filled from your account).
EmailYour work email (often pre-filled).
Description (required)Describe what went wrong, what you were trying to do, and what you expected instead. Include steps to reproduce if you can.
Add ScreenshotOptional — attach one or more screenshots to show the error, wrong UI state, or message.

When you are ready, click Send Feedback. Use Cancel to close the panel without sending.

  • Be specific in the description: app (ThreoAI, Builder, or Tenant Management), page or area, and what you clicked or typed before the problem appeared.
  • Expected vs actual: what you thought would happen versus what happened.
  • Screenshots when the problem is visual or an error message appears — use Add Screenshot on the form.
  • Browser and OS (for example “Chrome on Windows 11”) if the issue might be environment-specific — add this in the description text.

Diagnostic details are collected automatically in many cases; you do not need to attach technical exports unless our team asks for them.

Do not paste passwords, API keys, or other secrets into the description. If a screenshot could show sensitive data, crop or mask it before attaching. Reports are handled only for support and engineering purposes.
