ThreoAI Reset Password

🌏 Overview​

This document will guide you on how to reset your ThreoAI password

📚 Steps​

  1. Go to ThreoAI

  2. Click the "Forgot Password?" link

  1. Enter your Email address and click the "Reset Password" button

  1. You will then receive an email with subject [Synthreo] Password Reset. Click the "Continue to synthreo.ai" as shown in the screenshot below:

  1. Enter your desired password. Note: You should also see the green prompt once you're redirected to this page.

  1. You should see this page once you have successfully reset your password and you should have received an email confirmation for the password reset.
