What you'll accomplish
AI Support Certified is the role track in Synthreo Certified for help desk and support staff at MSPs running Synthreo for their customers. By the end of this track you will onboard a customer tenant, work inside it through a delegated session, reset credentials and MFA the right way, resolve the two most common ThreoAI tickets from their symptoms, triage an incoming issue to the right product, and escalate with a report an engineer can act on. You finish by attesting to the hands-on work and passing the online exam (80% or higher).
What you'll need
- The AI Expert credential (see the note above).
- Canopy access at https://canopy.synthreo.ai - only users with the Canopy (Tenant Management) app permission can sign in.
- A customer tenant you can safely work in, or your MSP's test tenant.
- About 3-4 hours, best spread over a few sittings.
- A certification account (included in your Synthreo licensing or partnership) so progress syncs and the exam unlocks.
