AI Sales Certified is a role specialization in Synthreo Certified for the people who sell AI services. By the end of this track you will explain what each Synthreo product does for an MSP's customer in one sentence, run a discovery conversation that surfaces real AI-readiness, deliver a ThreoAI demo built around the prospect's own work, and answer the two objections that come up in every deal: data privacy and AI mistakes. You finish by attesting to the hands-on work and passing the online exam (80% or higher).
What you'll need
- The AI Expert credential (see the note above).
- A ThreoAI login at https://threo.synthreo.ai, because the demo stages happen in the live product.
- A real or realistic prospect to design against - an existing customer works fine.
- About 3-4 hours, best spread over a few sittings.
- A certification account (included in your Synthreo licensing or partnership) so progress syncs and the exam unlocks.
